Most sales in Tipperary go from listing to closing in three to four months, with roughly six to eight weeks of that spent agreeing a sale and the rest with the solicitors. Well-priced homes and auction lots often move a good deal faster.
Our selling fee is a percentage of the agreed sale price, quoted in writing before you sign anything, along with a fixed marketing cost covering photography, floor plans and portal listings. Valuations for private purposes are quoted separately.

Yes. The outstanding balance is redeemed out of the sale proceeds at closing, and your solicitor handles the redemption figure with your lender. It’s worth requesting that figure early so you know where you stand before going to market.
Offers are made to us by phone or in writing, with proof of funds or mortgage approval in principle. We put every offer to the vendor and keep all parties updated; on auction lots, bidding takes place online through our auction platform.
Regularly. We arrange video viewings, liaise with your solicitor here, and can advise on the practical steps for buying from abroad, including remote bidding on auction lots and recommendations for local surveyors.
Land is sold privately, by public auction or by tender, and the right route depends on the holding, the title and the level of interest. We walk the land with you, advise on the likely market, and handle maps, folios and entitlements with your solicitor.
