  7. Prompt action on all issues raised by tenants during the tenancy on rent and property issues.
  8. A 24/7 emergency contact number is provided to all our tenants in the event of an issue.
  9. Copies of maintenance or tradesmen invoices are provided to landlords when works are completed.
  10. Credit terms with tradesmen: no upfront funds required as payments are deducted from monthly rent.
  11. Preparation of monthly landlord financial statements and transferring funds to landlords accounts.
  12. Sharing online access with property management clients to view and download statements and invoices.
  13. Assessment of your property by our experienced lettings manager to find out your needs.
  14. We register the tenancy on behalf of the landlord with RTB.
  15. Facilitating the changeover of Electricity and/or Gas accounts to the incoming new tenants.
